Training on Best Practices in Whole Process Management of Project Management

Speech by Mr Huang
We would like to extend our warm welcome and thanks to Mr He and Mr Liao, the teaching assistant. Mr He's practical experience in project management will bring valuable guidance to MTN Academy (Talent Development Centre).
As the company's orders continue to grow in 2023, we are facing greater challenges and opportunities. In order to adapt to the rapid development in the future, we need more diversified talents. All of you here will also become the company's unique talents in various fields in the future, and become the backbone of management and technical experts.
The MTN Academy (Talent Development Centre) of the company is being set up and will organise more training programmes. Our development plan is that talents at all levels should be selected through the company's internal training system. More than 80% of the grassroots talents should be trained independently, and more than 60% of the high-end talents should be trained independently.
In the following November, we also have a comprehensive budget management training, managerial personnel and follow management personnel also hope that you actively participate.
Finally, I wish this training activity a complete success, and you will have a full harvest and apply what you have learnt to your work to achieve integration.

Mr. He systematically taught the basic theory of project management, basic concepts, normative processes, tools and models, typical cases, and strengthened the understanding and mastery of the relevant knowledge points through group discussions, scenario simulation, game interaction and other colourful forms of training.
