On April 11, 2025, in order to further strengthen the cohesion of team collaboration and break through the limitations of strategic thinking, the senior management team of Magotan Electronics carried out a strategic breakthrough and expansion activity outdoors. The activity begins, and under the organization of the coach, four teams are formed through a fun "group game": Innovation Team, Smart Victory Team, Lean Team, and Innovation Team.

2、 The Battle of the Tower of Hanoi

After each team has assembled, the warm-up project "Tower of Hanoi Duel" takes place first. Faced with complex task rules, team members calmly think and use logical thinking to develop the optimal movement plan. During the competition, each team continuously optimized their strategies and demonstrated strong decision-making and execution abilities while moving the disc repeatedly. This project has made everyone realize that clear logic and precise decision-making are the core elements for breaking through difficulties and achieving development in the formulation and execution of company strategies.


3、 Working together in the same boat

In the following "Together in the Same Boat" project, team members stood on a limited area "ship", simulating sea navigation and jointly dealing with "wind and waves". Members support each other and rely on mutual trust to keep the 'ship' moving steadily forward. After the game, everyone deeply realized that mutual trust is the cornerstone of resisting risks and breaking through waves in the "voyage" of company development. Only by working together can we sail towards the shore of success.


4、 Crossing the Frontline


The final 'CrossFire' project will push trust and collaboration to a climax. Each team develops a precise crossing plan with limited resources and strict rules. The members cooperate with each other, with someone commanding and coordinating, relying on everyone's strong support to assist each team member in carefully crossing the "front line". During this process, the importance of teamwork was fully demonstrated, and everyone fully utilized their wisdom and execution to successfully overcome obstacles. This not only improved team cohesion, but also made everyone understand the key significance of close cooperation in various aspects of the company's strategic promotion.

From the logical game of the "Tower of Hanoi Duel", to the trust trust trust of "solidarity", and to the precise coordination of "crossing the line of fire", the three projects have advanced layer by layer.
