MTN August Terminal Three Rate Recognition Meeting
In order to continuously optimise the production environment, improve work efficiency and reduce the risk of accidents, MTN has recently successfully held the Terminal Three-Rate Incentive Conference for August 2024 at its South China plant. Representatives of the terminal customers, MTN's General Manager Mr. Chen and the award-winning employees participated in the event.
Event Review
In the standard three rate implementation rate trend chart, we are pleased to see that the SMT/DIP/ATP terminal team with a high sense of responsibility and sense of mission, serious implementation of the three rates of standards, and actively rectify the problems, the implementation rate of the month by month to improve, has reached the target value. These achievements can not be achieved without the hard work and unremitting efforts of every employee and leadership, and in October, we expect each workshop to move towards the 95% mark!
Terminal workshop not only has daily three rates of the Commissioner's secondary audit, but also established a variety of dimensions of special audits such as the recent document demining, red and yellow card combat, video surveillance, etc., and three rates of routine daily and weekly meetings to review the occurrence of the problem points and rectification. We have also developed a three-rate incentive mechanism to ensure that our employees are motivated to implement the three-rate standard and to ensure that the factory's three-rate standard is effectively improved!
Announcement of the results of the competition
After rigorous selection and review, the top three team leaders were awarded prizes and encouragement at the three-rate monthly meeting. The three team leaders did not have any major anomalies, denials, or customer complaints on the line that month, and the implementation rate was over 90%, so we hope that they will continue to maintain their excellent style as a three-rate benchmarking team.
