School-Enterprise Linkage, Mutual Empowerment | Leaders from Beibu Gulf University in Qinzhou, Guangxi Visit MTN Electronics for Inspection and Exchange

To deepen school-enterprise cooperation, advance the integration of industry and education, and build a bridge between talent cultivation and corporate demands, a delegation of leaders and faculty members from Beibu Gulf University in Qinzhou, Guangxi recently visited Shenzhen MTN Electronics for an inspection tour.

Visit MTN Headquarters and Discuss Cooperation at Forum

Teachers from Beibu Gulf University visited the exhibition hall on the first floor of MTN Building. With explanations from our staff, they gained a comprehensive understanding of MTN Electronics' development history, core businesses and technical advantages, and closely experienced the enterprise's technological achievements and innovative strength in the communication and IoT sectors.

Subsequently, both sides held a forum in the meeting room of MTN Building. At the meeting, Director Ou, Marketing Director of MTN, supplemented explanations on the enterprise's market layout and post competency requirements. He expressed the hope that the two parties could accurately align industry talent standards, optimize talent training programs, and realize coordinated development between university talent cultivation and corporate development demands.

Meanwhile, General Manager Huang of MTN introduced the company’s development plans, talent demands and vision for school-enterprise cooperation. General Manager Huang stated that MTN always attaches great importance to talent cultivation, and looks forward to carrying out in-depth cooperation with Beibu Gulf University in joint major construction, internship training and talent delivery to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages between the university and the enterprise.

Secretaries Weng and Deng and other leaders from Beibu Gulf University spoke highly of MTN's corporate culture, R&D capabilities and market competitiveness, and introduced the university’s school-running characteristics, major offerings, talent training models and student employment status. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions and negotiations on school-enterprise cooperation matters including co-building internship bases, targeted talent training and deepening industry-university-research technical collaboration, and reached a preliminary consensus on jointly cultivating outstanding students and advancing all-round school-enterprise cooperation.

Field Visit to Huizhou Factory to Experience Full Industrial Chain Strength

In the afternoon, the delegation headed to Huizhou MTN Weiye Factory for an on-site tour of the plant and production workshops. Accompanied by staff, the teachers gained an in-depth understanding of product production procedures and quality control systems. They had a direct experience of MTN Electronics' rigorous production management and full industrial chain layout, and fully affirmed the company's production capacity and quality control capabilities.

This inspection and exchange activity has built a sound communication bridge between MTN Electronics and Beibu Gulf University in Qinzhou, Guangxi, laying a solid foundation for further deepening school-enterprise cooperation in the future.
