Roundtable Dialogue for Problem-solving & Empowerment

The event kicked off with a roundtable session, where senior management and department heads gathered onsite to launch a dedicated Q&A session.
The participating management trainees raised active questions regarding corporate culture, career development, talent training systems and promotion paths. Leaders provided detailed answers based on the company’s current development status and trainee training plans. The in-depth face-to-face communication effectively resolved the confusion of new employees upon onboarding.


 

In-depth Learning to Empower Growth

The training sessions on the first day focused on corporate culture and professional literacy. Director Yao shared the company’s development journey, organizational structure and future strategic layout on-site. General Manager Huang of Maiteng communicated with all trainees via online connection. Supervisor Zhuang delivered courses on career planning and DISC personality analysis. Training specialist Zhang Siyu taught efficient communication skills through scenario drills and role-playing exercises. Daily post-class sharing sessions were held to review and summarize the learning outcomes in a timely manner.


The training on the second day focused on improving core professional competencies for production and job posts. Instructors from various departments delivered lectures covering practical topics including quality tools, basic maintenance knowledge, the five-step on-site management method, lean production, and factory safety management. In-depth explanations combined with case analysis and practical operation references helped trainees consolidate their professional knowledge. A centralized assessment was arranged at the end of the day, covering all content from the two-day training to comprehensively inspect the phased learning results. The first round of comprehensive evaluation was conducted based on attendance performance, classroom participation and written test scores.


West Lake Team Building: Uniting Hearts and Forging Team Spirit

With the in-house training sessions successfully concluded, the 2026 cohort of management trainees embarked on an outdoor team-building journey at Huizhou West Lake.
All participants gathered at Pinghu Gate and marched along the Su Causeway and Sizhou Tower. On the Gushan Grand Lawn, they took part in a series of fun collaborative games, including Peach Blossom Blooms, United We Stand, and Group Dragon Water Fetching. Cooperating and assisting with one another, the trainees strengthened their teamwork awareness and broke down departmental barriers in the relaxing yet competitive activities. At the end of the event, an award ceremony was held. Based on their performance in training courses and comprehensive team-building performance, outstanding teams were presented with honors and awards, marking a perfect end to the West Lake team-building activity.


Activity Summary & Warm Messages

The three-day initial training program for the 2026 batch of management trainees has come to a successful conclusion. Featuring roundtable Q&A sessions, systematic indoor courses, and the team-building activity at West Lake, the program has witnessed the trainees’ remarkable growth from getting acquainted with the enterprise to consolidating professional capabilities and building team solidarity. This training has not only helped new talents fully understand the company, but also fostered a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
