MTN Cooperates with Two Universities to Forge a New Talent Development Pattern

Recently, leaders and teachers from the School of Information Engineering of Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology and the School of Artificial Intelligence of Wuzhou Vocational College in Guangxi paid an on-site inspection visit to MTN Huizhou Factory. The two sides reached multiple consensuses on joint talent training, internship and employment placement, accelerating in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.

Stop 1: School of Information Engineering, Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology

Dean Zeng, Teacher Qiu and professional teaching staff from the school visited MTN’s production workshops, office areas, training venues and staff living facilities. They gained a full understanding of the company’s operation and development, job settings, technical orientations, salary & benefits as well as talent cultivation demands.

During the communication, both sides finalized implementation plans concerning targeted employment of 20 graduates of the Class of 2026 and on-the-job internship arrangement for 50 students of the Class of 2027. They reached unanimous agreement on internship management modes, pre-job special training, student growth support, employment delivery procedures and integration of curriculum with practical job operations.

The university stated that this field visit helped teachers and students get a clear view of the actual working environment and development strength of the enterprise. It will further optimize professional teaching content in line with corporate job standards and tailor targeted training programs to make classroom teaching better align with workplace realities.

Highly affirming the university’s talent cultivation quality, MTN will fully guarantee internship arrangement, on-the-job tutoring and employment support for students. Stop 2: School of Artificial Intelligence, Guangxi Wuzhou Vocational College

Vice Dean Wei, Teacher Fan and other representatives from the school paid a visit to MTN Huizhou Factory. The delegation inspected on-site working posts, accommodation and catering facilities as well as other software and hardware conditions. They learned in detail about the enterprise's employment standards, operation modes and talent training system, and held in-depth discussions with MTN principals on joint talent cultivation, internship arrangement and graduate employment placement.

The school spoke highly of MTN’s sound working environment, complete living support and mature talent training system, and fully recognized its cooperation strengths, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth collaboration.
