Process optimisation for efficiency

Heads of departments should go deep into the front line and conduct personal research to fully understand the bottlenecks and pain points in business processes. Through measures such as optimising process design, simplifying operational steps and introducing advanced information technology, we will realise the standardisation, automation and intelligence of processes. We want to make every link more efficient and smooth, so as to enhance the operational efficiency and market responsiveness of the whole enterprise.

Quality improvement to win the market

Heads of all departments should firmly establish quality awareness and make quality improvement the top priority of their work. Establish a perfect quality management system, clarify the quality standards and processes, and actively introduce advanced technology and management methods, such as automated production, intelligent testing, lean management, etc., in order to improve production efficiency and quality stability, ensure product quality, enhance enterprise competitiveness, and meet customer expectations.

Opening new horizons with innovation

Heads of departments should actively promote technological innovation, management innovation and market innovation. We promote the upgrading of products and services through the four new management modes: new technology, new business, new technology and new scenarios; we promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise by optimizing the management mechanism and improving management efficiency; and we develop new market areas and growth points through in-depth research on market demand and consumer behaviour. Only through continuous innovation can we achieve sustainable development and leapfrog progress of enterprises.

Cost control to increase efficiency

Heads of all departments should be careful with their budgets, cut costs and reduce expenditure, and start from all aspects to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Reduce raw material costs by optimising procurement channels and inventory management; reduce production costs by improving production efficiency and resource utilisation; reduce management costs by strengthening financial management and internal control; reduce environmental costs by energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection inputs, etc.
