M South China Plant April & May Proposal Improvement Recognition Meeting

In order to encourage all the staff of the company to put forward high-quality improvement proposals with the goal of ensuring safe production, reducing costs, improving product quality and work efficiency, and to promote the company's innovative and sustainable development, on 28th June, MTN South China Plant carried out a commendation meeting for the improvement proposals in the months of April & May.

A total of 266 effective improvement proposals were collected from the factory in April & May. After strict evaluation and screening by experts, the following were finally selected: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 5 third prizes, and the individuals and teams were honoured and awarded.

Leadership summary

Mr Huang said that he will continue to strengthen staff training and guidance, encourage more staff to participate in proposal improvement activities, and jointly promote the sustainable development of the factory. At the same time, we will carry out in-depth research and practice on the excellent proposals and turn them into actual productivity, so as to inject new vitality into the future development of MTN.
