South China Plant Zero Defect Sample Line Stage Report Meeting

On 28th June, South China Plant held a zero-defect model line milestone report meeting, aiming to summarise the results achieved in building zero-defect model line in the past period, and at the same time looking forward to the future development direction. All department heads and core improvement team participated in this meeting.

Leaders of the zero-defect model line project has been highly evaluated the results of the phase, but there are still many places to improve and enhance the future will be a higher standard, more stringent requirements, more practical initiatives to continue to promote the "zero-defect" quality work to take root, to provide customers with more quality products and services.

Engineering Manager Tan gave a detailed introduction to the implementation of the Zero Defect Sample Line project. Through detailed data and cases, the project demonstrated the remarkable results achieved in quality performance and productivity.
