Six Sigma Special Training Camp Training Phase III

      Every study is a growth, and every practice is a harvest. On November 20-21, the Six Sigma Green Belt training at the South China Plant was successfully completed.

Wonderful and compact course

      For this Six Sigma Green Belt training, the selected projects are all key problems of the South China plant. During the actual project progress, the problem definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control of the entire DMAIC process were drilled.

Hardworking student

      In the theoretical training, the teacher explained the core principles of DMAIC in depth, helped the students understand the relevant special data analysis tools, and conducted exercises through multiple cases, let the students explain, etc., so that the students reached the level of proficiency. In the one-to-one guidance link of the actual problem-solving project on site, the teacher and the project leader discuss actual project problems, the latest project progress, project difficulties, difficulties encountered, etc., and put forward problem-solving suggestions one by one.

Concluding remarks

      Although the Six Sigma Green Belt course training is over, learning and thinking have not stopped. It is still necessary to continue to learn and summarize, and to further apply professional theories and tools to work practice. MTN will uphold the professionalism and continue to provide a learning platform for the core staff to consolidate and strengthen various capabilities.
